By accessing and using the Haviland Career recruitment website you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

1. Purpose of the website

The website publishes Haviland House job openings and receives applications. Posting a job or receiving an application is not a promise of employment; salary, headcount and deadlines may change, and a job may close early once filled.

2. Who can apply

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You apply on your own behalf. Do not submit an application for someone else without their consent.
• The information you provide must be true and accurate. Applications containing false information may be rejected at any stage, including after you have started work.

3. Candidate accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account.
• Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access to your account.
• Haviland may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Haviland never charges candidates

Haviland never charges any fee to receive an application, interview, train or hold a position for you. Official letters are only sent from tuyendung@havilandhouse.com. If anyone claiming to represent Haviland asks you to transfer money, please report it straight away on 1900 2323 43.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading files that contain malware or unlawful content.
• Using automated tools to submit applications in bulk or scrape data from the website.
• Attempting to access other people’s applications or interfering with the system.
• Impersonating Haviland or its staff.

6. Intellectual property

Content, images, videos and trademarks on this website belong to Haviland House or are used lawfully. You may not copy them or use them commercially without Haviland’s written permission.

7. External links

Some videos are embedded from YouTube and are subject to YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy. Haviland is not responsible for the content of external websites.

8. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. If you have trouble submitting an application, please email it to tuyendung@havilandhouse.com.

9. Personal data

How we collect and process your personal data is described on our Privacy Policy page.

10. Changes and governing law

Haviland may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top of the page will change accordingly. Continuing to use the website after that date means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be resolved through negotiation.
